The Apartment at Hillside Lodge comprises of luxuriously furnished and fully equipped living, dining and kitchen areas, with king-size bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and is surrounded on three sides by acres of rolling National Trust open meadows, with the most glorious views of any property in the area.

The completely self-contained, centrally heated accommodation has been thoughtfully created by your hosts, Anne and Angus Brown, to cater to the most discriminating guests. Attached to the side of Hillside Lodge, the Apartment has its own entrance, secure parking and private patio area for those guests who like to be left in peace and above all, want to enjoy their independence and privacy.   

While there are many attractions to visit close by, guests can also relax in the apartment’s living area on the enormous leather reclining sofa in front of the large flat screen HDTV, complete with SKY box, DVD player and Wi-fi.   

There is also a selection of books, movies and even jigsaw puzzles for those rainy days!  Solid oak wide plank flooring runs throughout the apartment, complemented by designer rugs.

The king size bed assures a perfect  night’s sleep and as an added luxury, guests are supplied with terry towel bathrobes which they will find hanging in the generously proportioned walk in closet.  Next door, the custom bathroom is stocked with complimentary Baylis & Harding toiletries for the convenience of guests on their arrival.

Although the accommodation is self-catering, complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided on arrival, and there is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing light meals to enjoy in the dining area, or outside on the private patio.   Full laundry facilities are also available by arrangement.

The Apartment at Hillside Lodge is a short walk from all the shops, galleries and restaurants in Broadway itself, which also has its own doctor, dentist and pharmacy for your medical needs.

There are numerous beautiful walks to take in the immediate area.   However, if our guests wish to see more of the surrounding countryside, with visits to National Trust properties, gardens or selected pubs, without having to do all the driving,  we also provide personalised luxury Land Rover tours of the Cotswolds, with complimentary refreshments and venues and itineraries to suit the wishes of our guests.

Dining table for four; stove; fridge, microwave, electric kettle & toaster; all cooking utensils, glasses, crockery and cutlery provided; complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided on arrival.

Bedroom:
King sized bed; quality bed linen (with additional linens provided); large dresser; walk-in closet; bed side tables with lamps and radio/alarm clock; hair dryer; terry towel bathrobes; ironing board and iron.  Additional fan and heater.

Bathroom:
Sink; low level flush WC; dual headed shower; electric shaver point,; heated towel rail;  Baylis & Harding toiletries.

Outside:
Private entrance; security lighting complimentary secure parking; private patio with table and chairs.

All rates are per night fully inclusive, for two persons, and based on a minimum of two nights.
Check-in time is any time after 2.00p.m. and check-out time is any time before 11.00a.m.   

  • Deposit of 50% of total booking fee must be paid at least 30 days prior to stay.
  • Balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to stay.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days notice - 100% refund
  • 30 to 10 days notice - 50% refund
  • Less than 10 days notice - no refund
