A friendly welcome awaits you in the relaxed atmosphere of Oak Tree House set in truly natural surroundings. Our clean and newly refurbished family run B&B enjoys a charming location, overlooking Cotswold countryside and is just a stone's throw from Prestbury Park Racecourse, Pitville Park and Pump Room. Guests are offered the unique opportunity to sample country delights such as pleasant walks and traditional pubs/restaurants, whilst also being just 10 minutes walk from Cheltenham town centre, and is therefore a perfect base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

We are proud to be recommended by ‘Visit Britain’ (members of The English Tourist Board), and all of our rooms are furnished to a high standard, with off-street parking available for guest vehicles.

Guests may help themselves to continental breakfast (including a range of local organic farm produce, fresh fruit, hot croissants, yoghurts, cereals, bread and jams, fruit juice, tea/coffee), between the hours of 6am-10am, in stylish and comfortable surroundings.
