Built in 1908, Masty House is an Edwardian property which forms
part of Masty Farm and boasts uninterrupted panoramic views. The
house stands proudly in its own mature gardens and looks down over the farm across to
the Cotswold Hills to the East and the Malvern Hills to the West.
Masty House has wonderful versatility in that it can be let as a
2, 4, 6, or 8 person self-catering property. Alternatively the house may be used as a ‘cottage style’ B & B whereby guests may help themselves to breakfast from a well-stocked kitchen, allowing for more flexibility in terms of time.
Masty House exudes a feeling of space and light.
The spacious, beamed kitchen/dining room is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave
and gas cooker.
The considerable sized lounge has two large bay windows making for
a relaxing light and airy room. There is gas central heating throughout the house and
the lounge has additionally a gas fire.

Masty
House is run by Christine and John who own nearby Masty Farm. The farm has sheep
and free range poultry and there is also a fantastic variety of wildlife to enjoy.
Guests are welcome to walk in the fields surrounding the farm and many public footpaths run nearby – a wonderful base for exploring this lovely area of outstanding beauty. |

House is within easy walking distance from the village of Broadway and, is a peaceful retreat
from the nearby bustling Stratford-upon-Avon (15miles) or Cheltenham (15miles). Renowned
as the ‘northern gateway ’ to the Cotswolds, Broadway is ideally situated
for exploring the ‘chocolate box’ Cotswold villages. |

There are four double bedrooms -:
One large double room with king size bed and very spacious ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and bath.
Two large bedrooms with king size beds. One
bedroom with twin beds. Bath/shower room.
Three rooms have stunning countyside views.
On those inclement days, guests may relax in the conservatory or, take advantage of the laundry facilities.
Masty House has ample car parking space and there is plenty of room to store bicycles, outdoor clothing and sports equipment.
