The village is ideally situated in the centre of the North Cotswolds between Chipping Campden, Stow on the Wold, Broadway and Morton in Marsh. It is a relatively undiscovered village with much charm set in a valley with a Millstream running through. The larger towns of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and Cheltenham are all within a 45-minute drive from the property. There is a public house, hotel and resturant in the village, all serving good food. A village shop/post office sells a wide range of goods and newspapers. There is also a delicatessen which doubles as a cafe. Blockley has a walled village green at its centre with a children's play area. All of the village amenities are within a short walk from "Little Vixens". ### Accommodation ![Lounge/dining room](https://cotswolds.info/images/blockley/little-vixens-lounge.jpg)"Little Vixens" is a three (occasional four) person property, all on one level. This comfortable and tastefully decorated property is in an elevated position with views and is accessed via several stone steps. (Because of its elevated position it may not be suitable for the elderly or young children, please ask for advice.) The gas centrally heated accommodation comprises of Sitting / Dining room with Conservatory leading out into the fully enclosed rear garden and patio area. Well-equipped Kitchen. Bedroom one is a Twin/Double bedroom and Bedroom two has a single bed (second single bed is available if required). There is an off road parking space for one vehicle. Regret no Pets. No smoking inside the property please. The names of all members must be on the booking form. More than the agreed number of persons must not occupy the property. The property must only be occupied for the purpose of a holiday. The period of hire shall be from 4pm on the day of arrival (first day of booking), until 10am on the day of departure (final day of booking), unless agreed in advance in writing. Under no circumstances can the booking period be extended without permission in writing. Please treat the property with care and report any breakages as soon as possible. All breakages must be paid for. Once the deposit (or full rental), is received this will be counted as a firm booking and you are then responsible for the balance no less than 7 weeks before the start of the holiday. If it becomes necessary for you to change the dates of a booking after the owner has issued a Booking Confirmation for whatever reason, there will be an administration fee of £25 per week. (Any alteration will be subject to new dates being available). Bookings altered after the final Balance has been paid can only be credited if the owner is able to re-book the cancelled or altered dates. If you wish to cancel at any time the owner will only make a refund (less £25 for administration), if they can re-let the property. We recommend that you take out your own holiday cancellation insurance. If for any reason the owner needs to cancel a confirmed booking the liability is limited to the return of any payments made. The owners of the property do not accept liability to any person or member of a holiday booking for any personal injury, loss or damage to property however sustained or caused, nor for the loss of property and/or money. Cars, baggage and personal effects of all kinds are at the holidaymakers risk at all times. Any Holidaymaker who does not have cover under his or her own Household Policy or Motor Policy for loss or theft whilst on holiday is recommended to takeout extra cover. Security and Safety. All persons occupying the property must take all normal precautions against causing danger to anyone, or damage to any thing at all times, and especially when using electrical or heating appliances, fires etc. This is a no smoking property. Safety equipment, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, must not be interfered with other than for use in an emergency situation.
