Inns and Pubs Accommodation in the Cotswolds England UK
There is no better way to meet the local characters, not to say the odd ghost or two, than around the bar of a Cotswold Pub or Inn in England UK. The great British institution of the Pub and Inn has been around for the last 900 years and they still form the thriving centre of the community of the Cotswold villages and old market towns.
This page contains a complete alphabetical list of all the Cotswold Inns and Pubs advertising with us. If you want to choose your accommodation by geographical location then please go to our Main Accommodation Home Page and click on the place you may want to stay at.
Most of the Inns and Pubs listed have been officially rated and
assessed to ensure minimum standards for your comfort and
well being.
The difference between the English Pub and Inn is now a little blurred. The Inn provided accommodation and meals and years ago the Pub only drinks. Now, especially in the Cotswolds, both usually provide bed and breakfast accommodation and meals. Most of the Cotswold Inns and Pubs date back 300 to 900 years and have wonderful character and ambience and, of course, now provide modern facilities, whilst still retaining their original character, to ensure their guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Welcome to the Swan Inn at Swinbrook
"A boutique burford hotel on the banks of the river windrush"
What is it that makes the perfect English village? There’s no doubt a traditional pub is every bit as important to its character as the church, cricket pitch or surrounding countryside.
Here at The Swan Inn, we have many regular local customers from Swinbrook and the surrounding area, but are delighted to welcome visitors from much further afield, who are looking to
share in a unique experience.
Whether you want to escape for a quiet evening drink, are looking for fresh, locally-sourced food or want to make use of our beautiful accommodation as a base for exploring Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire
and the Cotswolds, you’d be hard-pressed to find a more idyllic location.
