Cottage and House Letting - individual properties in the Cotswolds available for longer term rental periods

This section gives details of longer term lets available for cottages, houses and apartments, usually over a minimum term of 6 months for unfurnished property under an 'Assured Shorthold Tenancy'.

For furnished property usually the most common way of renting is over shorter periods up to a maximum period of 5 months.

"A year in the Cotswolds" sounds like a wonderful idea, doesn't it? Find an unfurnished cottage, house or apartment to rent, spend a year. Or get a taste for living in the Cotswolds and stay for a shorter period in a fully furnished property.

For those already convinced they want to sell-up and retire to their dream Cotswolds but to rent for the long term then this web page will be useful to you in selecting a property.
